LUMIX Tether v2.12 — Panasonic's free official software — turns your camera into a 1080p or 4K webcam over a single USB-C cable, recognised by Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Slack, OBS, Streamlabs, and Discord.

Why a LUMIX beats a built-in webcam
- Sensor size. Even an MFT body is 5× the area of a laptop webcam — better light, shallower depth.
- Real lenses. 35 mm f/1.8 makes the background melt away.
- Manual control. Lock exposure so you don't go ghost-white when you grab a coffee.
- 4K downsample to 1080p. Crispier image than any native 1080p webcam.
